On Saturday afternoon I got to meet with friends Caitlin and Nick to take some photos on Caitlin’s father’s property out near Argyle, Texas. Autumn is one of my favorite seasons for photography because of the colors and the light, and the weather was just amazing for this shoot. Something I learned from photographer Scott Young was: when in search of color, look for trees near water. (For whatever reason, it’s true!). Needless to say, the land we were on was fantastic for photography with brilliantly colored trees, a red barn, and a field to stroll through. An awesome time with some awesome friends!
